Experience the transformative power of nature, sound vibrations, and embodied awareness with this intimate series led by transdisciplinary artist and guide, Ayana Sade. Participants will be initiated into listening more deeply - to the rhythms of the earth, the whispers of your own hearts, and the cosmic frequencies pulsing all around and within us. Through forest bathing, mystic activities, and sacred sound journey work, Ayana curates an alchemical container for personal renewal, ancestral reconnection and embodied ritual in harmony with the seasons.
